Helen Kwong, President and Founder of Bema Electronics, oversees the development and growth of the Company. She is responsible for engineering Bema Electronics' vision and business strategy. Her strong background in manufacturing operations, sales and resource management over the past two decades in the electronics manufacturing industry reflects her extensive range of experience at the executive level. Helen began her career at a contract manufacturer in 1986. In 1991, Helen founded Anetec Technology Inc, a contract manufacturer for wireless, medical, network and data storage companies, which obtained ISO in 18 months (July 1993). Helen's successful management of Anetec earns the company recognition, finally to be acquired by Elexsys (now Sanmina SCI), in 1996. |

Suju Kwong, Vice President of Finance & CFO at Bema Electronics, oversees all financial and inventory valuation. She manages and controls all material handling to effectively reduce unplanned downtime and lead-times. With over 20 years of financial and business management experience, she brings an extensive background in finance, business development and resource development to Bema Electronics. Suju began her career at Coopers and Lybrand as a senior financial and tax planner. She was assigned exclusively to manage high net worth clients. After completing a successful career at Coopers, Suju established her own business. Within 8 years, she had developed and managed a successful retail chain. Suju was sought by Bema Electronics for her extensive expertise and entrepreneurship. Suju graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a B.S. in Business Administration. |

Wayne Yu directs Bema Electronics' entire manufacturing operations. He has been with the Company since its inception, and continues to lead strategic initiatives to integrate quality management and efficiency. With more than 20 years of electronics, operations and supply-chain management experience he brings an extensive background in manufacturing and operations to Bema Electronics. Wayne worked with Helen Kwong (Founder and President of Bema Electronics) at Anetec Technology, also founded by Helen, where he was Director of Manufacturing for 6 years. He was involved in all aspects of the company's operations and was instrumental in obtaining ISO for Anetec in 18 months. Prior to Bema and Anetec, Wayne held the position of Production Manager for a contract manufacturing company and was responsible in significantly improving cost efficiency and operation performance. |

Song Kang holds over 25 years of engineering and test management experience. He brings to Bema Electronics extensive experience in developing and implementing test measurements, procedures and test fixtures to achieve outstanding quality levels and excellence. His strong background in testing and manufacturing enables the Company's customers to receive the best test coverage and quality. Song worked at Hewlett Packard Signal Analyses Division for over 11 years, focusing on Spectrum Analyzer and Signal Generators. In 1992, Song joined Anetec Technology (founded by the President of Bema Electronics, Helen Kwong) as Test/Manufacturing engineer, where he provided support to a diverse customer base. |
